President William Ruto has arrived at the joint Safaricom-KCB-NCBDA presser.
CBK governor Patrick Njoroge is also present.
The presser was to start at 12:30 pm but was delayed due to the changes in attendance.
The three institutions are expected to make an announcement that will have an impact on financial inclusion for Kenyans.
