A man who allegedly defiled two minors who had just graduated from the PP2 class has been charged in court.
Stephen Otieno Owino was charged Wednesday before Kibera senior principal magistrate Phillip Mutua where he denied the charges.
He is accused of using his fingers to touch the private parts of the minors after he allegedly told them to sit on his thigh and kiss him.
The accused person's charge sheet says he committed the offence on November 26 in the Kawangware Congo area in Dagoretti Sub-county within Nairobi County.
He is also charged separately with sexually assaulting the minors who followed the instructions that required them to accompany him upstairs.
The accused person denied the wrongdoing. The prosecution did not object to his release on bond.
The magistrate released him on a Sh200,000 bond with a surety of the same amount.
The court also directed that the accused person be supplied with all the witness statements and documentary pieces of evidence that the prosecutions intended to rely on.
Court prosecutor Allan Mogere told the court that they will supply the accused person with the said documents.
The court directed that the matter be mentioned later next month.
