Youth Affairs, Sports and the Arts CS Ababu Namwamba on Saturday visited Veteran journalist Catherine Kasavuli at Kenyatta National Hospital.

Kasavuli is a Veteran journalist battling cervical cancer.

Ababu said that Kasavuli is credited with breaking the glass ceiling for female TV journalists in the country.

The CS prayed with the veteran journalist during his visit to the hospital.

Ababu said that Kasavuli is credited with breaking the glass ceiling for female TV journalists in the country.

"You have inspired a generation of great female anchors. Your influence on our female journalists can never be matched. May God give you healing, so that you can continue to mentor our girls," he said.
