UDA chairman Johnson Muthama has told off Azimio leaders over their latest claims that they have more evidence of how President William Ruto rigged the August 2022 elections.
Muthama questioned where the whistle-blowers who brought forward the said evidence were when Ruto's election was challenged in the Supreme Court.
He said that Azimio has refused to move on from the election loss.
"It's in utter dismay to see Azimio proponents refusing to move on when the country is miles away in pursuit of economic development," he said.
"Where was Kalonzo Musyoka, Jeremiah Kioni and the so-called whistle-blowers when Court proceedings were on? Where was their current ill-fated dossier when their truck of 'bombshell' evidence was proved to be hot air by Justice Martha Koome-led Supreme Court?"
He said Ruto won the August 2022 presidential poll fairly and that no amount of intimidation can change the will of God and the people.
"This is an exercise in futility and we know who is paying the viper. It's obvious that Dr William Ruto won and no amount of innuendos, manipulation and intimidation will overrun the will of God and the people," he said.
Muthama's reaction followed claims by Azimio leaders led by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, which said that they had received more proof of how the rigging was done.
The coalition leadership said their dossier will build on the 'evidence' released by IEBC whistle-blowers.
"The data released by the whistle-blowers is a bombshell that compels every Kenyan of goodwill to ask themselves if indeed we still have a democracy," the leaders said.
The leaders said the data in their possession calls into question the outcome of the presidential election and the credibility and legitimacy of the entire electoral system and infrastructure.
They said they will deliberate and discuss the data and provide the country with the next cause of action, once their leader Raila Odinga returns from his trip abroad.
"At that time we will collectively issue a public statement together with the data and the direction the country should take following these revelations. More revelations in our possession will unearth the filth in the 2022 general elections. This was not an election but a sham," they said.
The new development came a day after Kioni claimed without providing evidence that Raila won the presidential election.
