Suspended Jubilee party secretary general Jeremiah Kioni on Friday sent show cause letters to MPs amid suspension as secretary general.
The MPs are EALA MP Kanini Kega, Nominated MP Sabina Chege, Fatuma Dullo and Adan Kenan.
In a letter dated February 10, Kioni says the party received a petition from one of the members accusing them of four counts.
"You have been accused of acting in a manner disloyal to Jubilee Party, advancing positions that are contrary to the position of Jubilee Party," the statement read.
Other counts included demonstrating lack of respect for the decision made by the party and demonstrating lack of respect for the Jubilee Party organs.

"The action is provided for by our Party Constitution to process and you will be contacting you in due course," he said.
The letter comes after the National Executive Committee suspended Kioni as the secretary general, with Kanini Kega replacing him.
Also suspended are Treasurer Kagwe Gichohi and vice chairman David Murathe.
Kioni was suspended on claims of gross misconduct.
