Jeremiah Kioni has advised the Azimio team for the bipartisan talks with the government to hit straight to the point when the dialogue begins.
Speaking on Thursday during the Azimio Parliamentary Group meeting at Stoni Athi in Machakos County, the Jubilee secretary-general warned the team against being technical, saying UDA members don't need technical talks.
"If you become technical, you are selling us. I listened to some people and they are very technical. UDA does not want anybody technical," he said.
Kioni told them to instead be "naked like they are" as long as they do not use insults.
Directing the group of seven on what questions they ought to ask, he gave an instance of the food and fuel subsidies.
"Ask them to explain where they have taken the subsidy money because they use to say it was being pocketed by other people in the previous regime. Where is that money now?"
Reiterating that the negotiation team should not be technical, Kioni said such questions presented a language that Kenyans understand.
"We need Kenyans to be with us on this journey," he added.
Azimio leader Raila Odinga on Thursday unveiled the seven leaders to represent Azimio for the bipartisan talks.
They include Senators Ledama Ole Kina (Narok), Edwin Sifuna (Nairobi), Enoch Wambua (Kitui), and Malindi MP Amina Mnyanzi.
MPs Millie Odhiambo (Suba North), David PKosing (Pokot South) and Otiende Amollo (Rarieda).
