"It was time to get down to the business of kuvunja mifupa, the Setswana style, with our host, H.E President Dr Eric Mokgweetsi Masisi, and his wife H.E Neo Jane Masisi at Main Mall in Gaborone, Botswana. My wife, @Pastor_Dorcas, and I had a wonderful moment enjoying the rejuvenating jig with vibrant young people who were bustling with energy this evening ahead of the Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa," Gachagua said.

The DP left the country on Saturday, for a five-day visit to Botswana, where he is representing President William Ruto.

The 5-day summit brings together the world’s most elite young entrepreneurs and game-changers from more than 40 countries, to celebrate and learn from each other, inspiring the newest and next generation of leaders.

Gachagua also met more than 250 Kenyans living in Botswana, urging them to invest back home.

Gachagua said like other Diaspora communities, Kenyans living in Botswana are bold, having ventured into the unknown and succeeded in working and investing in a foreign land.

"I had a wonderful engagement with Kenyans living in Botswana, who travelled from various parts of that country to Gaborone," he said.

"I want to ask for your help. We need you to save back home. In other countries where we borrow money, they give us savings from their countrymen."
