Detectives exhuming bodies in the Shakahola Forest on Tuesday dug out ten more bodies from shallow graves.
The discovery brought the death to 211.
Police said in a statement that three adults were also rescued but they are in critical condition.
The rescue now brings the total number of those rescued to 84.
It is believed there are many more bodies still buried in shallow graves in the forest.
The victims are believed to have starved to death on Pastor Paul Mackenzie's radical teachings which made them believe they would meet Jesus upon death.
Some, mostly children, are also believed to have been strangled or suffocated to death, autopsy results showed.
Four more people have been arrested in connection to the indoctrination of the followers of Good News International Church, bringing the number of accused persons to 31.
The number of people reported missing at the tracing center remains at 610.
