President William Ruto will attend the International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland.

A statement by State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed said the President will be on a two-day visit to Geneva where he is expected to deliver a keynote address at the International Labour Conference.

Prior to his address, the President will engage in bilateral talks with the Director General of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Gilbert  Houngbo.

They will discuss collaborative efforts in promoting social justice and ensuring dignified work for all.

The conference will bring together global leaders, including Heads of State, the UN Secretary General and the ILO Director General.

They are expected to address key themes such as inequalities, promoting inclusive work environments, ensuring social protection and advancing human rights.
