Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is expected to lead a Saba Saba rally at his political backyard in Kathiani, Machakos County.
The Ukambani kingpin will be leading leaders from the Ukambani region especially those elected to various political seats on his Wiper party ticket.
The event will take place at Kathiani Market.
In a communication seen by the Star inviting leaders to attend the event, it was stated that the rally was meant to discuss their agenda as a community.
"Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka cordially invites all leaders to a Saba saba rally to be held at Kathiani Market on Friday. We will discuss our way forward as a community," a notice read.
Kathiani MP Robert Mbui is the hosting MP, and he is expected to be joined by other legislators from Machakos, Kitui and Makueni counties.
Other leaders expected to attend the rally include MCAs, Woman representatives, senators and governors from the Ukambani region.
