Kenya National Union of Teachers' first national vice chairperson Stanley Mutai has passed away.

Mutai died while undergoing treatment at the Nairobi Hospital.

Confirming his demise, Knut secretary general Collins Oyuu said Mutai has been hospitalised for the past two months.
