The Senate Adhoc Committee on Shakahola is expected to meet with Paul Nthenge Mackenzie of Good News International Church on Tuesday.

The senators last week had requested that the prison produce Mackenzie.

However, they are yet to know if their request was granted.

The Committee is also expected to meet the Chief Government Pathologist.

Tourism CS Alfred Mutua will on Tuesday officially hand over the Foreign Affairs ministry to Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi.

The ceremony will take place at the Kenya Railways Headquarters.

KNH to dispose of 253 unclaimed bodies

Kenyatta National Hospital is set to dispose of 253 unclaimed bodies. Among the bodies included 239 children; 132 boys and 107 girls.

Kenyans have been given 14 days to identify the bodies' failure to which they will be disposed.

Tuesday power interruptions to affect five counties

At least five counties will experience power interruptions on Tuesday.

In a statement, Kenya Power said the interruptions will be experienced between 8 am and 5 pm.

The affected counties are Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Kajiado, Kiambu and Mombasa.

Eight cops to be arraigned over missing of two Indians

Eight police officers from the now-disbanded Special Service Unit suspected to be behind the disappearance of two Indians and their Kenyan taxi driver will be arraigned today.

They will appear before Kahawa Law Court senior principal magistrate Boaz Ombewa.
