Public Service and Delivery Management Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has clapped back at lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi over a 'military jungle' outfit comment.

Ahmednasir had alleged that Kuria was living his childhood fantasy by 'dressing in jungle military regalia'.

In a statement on Wednesday, Kuria responded by saying he would not stop donning the outfits anytime soon.

He questioned why the lawyer had to pick on his outfit instead of the issues raised during the event.

"Dear Grand Mullah Ahmednasir, of all the issues we raised today about doing something for the youth of this country all you picked was about my uniform?" He said.

"You can stick to your elite villagers at Karen Blixen and I will wear this so many times until you get used to it."

The vocal lawyer was reacting to Kuria's dress code at his debut parade at the National Youth Service HQs, Ruaraka, Wednesday.

Kuria had dressed in a full National Youth Service uniform.

The Lawyer also claimed that CSs in the President William Ruto-led government are obsessed with military uniforms.

"I don't like Cabinet Secretaries (Moses Kuria) living their childhood fantasies or trying to impress their village mates at taxpayer's expense by dressing in jungle military regalia with their names and titles printed on it!" part of his X post read.

"This fetish obsession with military uniforms by President William Ruto Ministers makes a complete nonsense/joke of the offices they hold!"

Ahmednasir said the head of state should enforce a strict dress code on the CSs.

"I see trouble ahead!"
