President William Ruto will on Tuesday host King Charles III at State House, Nairobi.
The King and Queen Camilla arrived in Kenya on Monday night for a four-day state visit to the country.
Their Majesties' visit is at the invitation of President Ruto and comes as Kenya prepares to celebrate 60 years of independence.
During the King's visit to State House, First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto will also play host to Queen Camilla.
During the meeting, Mama Rachel will take the Queen through a series of activities she has been engaged in since she came into office.
The activities include women's economic empowerment programs she has been championing.
This will be the first official visit by Their Majesties to an African nation.
It is also the first to a Commonwealth member state since their coronation in May 2023.
Their Majesties visit is aimed at celebrating the warm relationship between the two countries and the strong and dynamic partnership they continue to forge.
During their four-day visit, King Charles III and Queen Camilla will visit Nairobi City County, Mombasa County, and surrounding areas.
The King will take time during the visit to deepen his understanding of the wrongs suffered in this period by the people of Kenya.
His Majesty will also attend an event to celebrate the life and work of the Nobel Laureate the late Professor Wangari Maathai, together with Wangari’s daughter, Wanjira Mathai.
According to the Royal announcement, Their Majesties' program will reflect on how Kenya and the United Kingdom are working together to boost mutual prosperity, tackle climate change, promote youth opportunity and employment, advance sustainable development, and create a more stable and secure region.
