Kenya Airways announces management trainee programme

Kenya Airways has called for application for its Management trainee programme

The airline said the programme is designed to provide applicants with a unique opportunity to develop their skills, gain experience, and make a significant impact.  

"The pride of Africa is happy to invite ambitious and passionate individuals to join the programme," KQ said in a statement on X. 

To qualify for the programme, applicants must have a mean grade of B in Kenya Certificate Of Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of C+ in both English and Mathematics. 

"They must possess a 2nd class upper undergraduate degree in Business related course, Mathematics or statistics from a recognised university," KQ said.

KQ further stated that the applicants must have graduated not more than three years ago. 

Additionally, the airline said successful applicants should expect comprehensive training and mentorship from industry experts, international exposure, and networking opportunities. 

"Exceptional performers during the programme will have the opportunity to pursue rewarding careers within Kenya Airways subject to business requirements," KQ said.

To apply, KQ said interested candidates should submit a copy of their detailed Curriculum Vitae via the Kenya Airways Recruitment portal by December 31, 2023.
