A recent appointment of a senior official has exposed the worst in him. The man is said to be drunk with power to an extent he walks around with his personal assistant to a lavatory. Over the weekend, the officer is said to have summoned his bodyguards and driver only to issue instructions to be driven to a barbershop across the road. The man is said to have staffed his office with hangers-on and windbags, who unsuccessfully campaigned for his election in a constituency in central Kenya. Word has it that the officer has failed to convince the authorities as he is overbearing and has anger issues.
