Video director and Social Media Expert Director Trevor has sent his best wishes to Content Creator Mungai Eve after unveiling a new YouTube Channel.

This comes weeks after Director Trevor confirmed his split with Eve saying “her services are no longer needed”.

"From Kenya Online Media (KOM) we wish Mungai Eve all the best in her new journey," he said on his Instagram stories.

On Friday, Mungai Eve unveiled her YouTube Channel urging Kenyans to join her on the new journey.

The channel, dubbed Mungai Eve Media, she said will be the beginning of a new era.

"Get ready for a fresh start and a whole lot of inspiration! We're thrilled to unveil the revamped Mungai Eve, bursting with authentic storytelling, empowering messages, and a positive impact on your world," she said in a statement on her social media platforms.

"At Mungai Eve, we've always strived to share captivating stories that resonate with your soul. Now, with a brand new look and feel, we're taking things a step further. We'll continue to curate engaging content but with an even greater focus on inspiring you to reach your full potential and empowering you to make a difference," she said.

In an interview with content creator Celestine Ndinda in July 2022, Eve said Trevor inspired her to create content.

Eve revealed that Director Trevor opened and managed the social media platforms.

"No, even my Instagram was opened by Trevor. I did not know. Mimi, I’m the real definition of kienyeji,” Eve said.

"I didn’t know. What is a YouTube channel? What does it do? He told me since I was doing journalism, we would record videos and then upload them instead of staying idle."

Trevor and Eve have been working together for over three years before breaking up.

The Mungai Eve channel, now renamed Kenya Online Media, had over 750K subscribers with over 2353 videos uploaded so far after being founded on January 2, 2020.

Trevor also rebranded the “Mungai Eve” Facebook page which had over 104K followers to Kenya Online Media.

Another channel that Trevor took over is Insta-Fame which had over 104,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Days after announcing the rebranding of the platforms, Trevor unveiled Rael Wangare to replace Mungai Eve.
