Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has announced that he will now sponsor the education needs of Princess Angel after hosting her at his official Karen residence in Nairobi.
Princes Angel wowed President William Ruto and Gachagua during the Akurinu National Prayers Conference at Nakuru High School, Nakuru County on Sunday.
She recited a poem for the President.
On Tuesday, Gachagua and second lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi met Angel and her mother Ann Kariuki for breakfast, at their official residence in Karen.
"We have secured an admission at Utawala Academy, Nairobi, for the 11-year-old Princess to continue shaping and sharpening her skills," he said after the meeting.
"I will take care of her education needs until she becomes the heavyweight Lawyer she desires to be."
The DP described Princess Angel as a talented, bold and sharp young girl.
He said her prowess in language and poetry is a talent which they want to propel her to full potential.
