President William Ruto is expected to address the nation at 2 pm.
According to State House Press Secretary Emmanuel Talam, the President will address the country from State House, Nairobi.
The agenda of the address, however, remains unknown.
Ruto on Friday hinted at rolling out some changes in government soon.
He gave the hint during an address to the nation during which he announced several austerity measures to save on costs in government.
The address comes barely three days after Ruto and Opposition leader Raila Odinga called for a national conversation-starting Monday, July 15.
The engagements which will have at least 150 participants, among them 50 representing the youth.
After the call, a section of Opposition politicians said they would not be part of it.
