Police were forced to open fire to disperse crowds that had gathered around the Kware police station in protest after at least nine bodies were reportedly retrieved from a dumpsite in the area.
Agitated residents stormed the station to demonstrate against the incident.

Three bodies have so far been retrieved from the dumpsite with more bodies visibly seen floating in the dumpsite.
One resident alleged that she has seen the body of a fellow protester who she was with during the anti-finance bill protests.
Residents could be heard shouting anti-government slogans while calling for justice for the bodies retrieved at the the dump site.
