Kenya Airways booking system affected by global outage

Kenya Airways has announced that a global system outage has impacted its booking system resulting in delays.

The company Friday advised its customers to expect slower than usual service as they use their system.

"Customers are advised to expect slower than usual service as we implement our Business Continuity Plan," KQ said.

"Customers can visit our booking offices to get assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

They said they will provide further updates once the issue is resolved.
