President William Ruto has nominated new Cabinet Secretaries in his lates appointments that complete the formation of his Cabinet in full.
The President, according to the law, can name at least 15 CSs and a maximum of 22.
Last week the President named 10 cabinet secretaries leaving a vacancy of 10 others given that Prime CS and CS for Foreign Affairs Musalia Mudavadi had been in office.

- Cooperatives and MSME Development - Wycliffe Oparanya
- Gender, Culture, Arts and Heritage - Stella Langa't
- Tourism and Wildlife - Rebecca Miano
- Energy and Petroleum - Opiyo Wandayi
- Public Service - Justin Muturi
- Investments, Trade and Industry - Salim Mvurya
- Labour and Social Protection - Alfred Mutua
- Mining and Blue Economy - Hassan Joho
The President last Friday last week named the first batch of the nominees including the Attorney General nominee.

President William Ruto Wednesday overlooked a number of his dismissed Cabinet Secretaries as he unveiled his second batch of Cabinet nominees.
The president left out Moses Kuria who served as CS for Public Service and Peninah Malonza who was in charge of the East African Community docket.
Others not named in the second batch include Aisha Jumwa who was in charge of the Gender and Culture docket and outgoing National Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung'u.
Zacharia Njeru who served as Water and Irrigation CS was left out and so were Mithika Linturi (Agriculture and Livestock), Ezekiel Machogu(Education), Ababu Namwamba(Sports) and Simon Chelugui(Micro and Small Enterprises).
Florance Bore who was until her dismissal the CS for Labour and Social Protection was left out as well as Eliud Owalo(ICT) and Susan Nakhumicha(Health).
