Treasury CS nominee John Mbadi has said he is worth Sh380 million.

Mbadi explained that this is not inclusive of liabilities which amounts to Sh57million.

The liabilities, he said, in form of mortgage in Parliamentary Service Commission, Sacco loans (Sh20 million) and KCB bank loan of Sh12 million.

"The only deferred income investments which I have is with ICEA of about Sh6 million and the pension which I do not know how much it would be," he explained.

National Assembly Moses Wetangula who chairs the vetting committee at the same time said they received 34 memoranda about him.

"Some said you were right to be nominated, others not and there were three that revolved around parochial conflicts within your political set up," he said.
