Political activist Kasmuel McOure on Thursday evaded arrest during the Nane Nane protests in Nairobi's Central Business District.
In a video circulating on social media, Kasmuel who was clad in his signature suit, is seen running away from a police officer into Nation Centre.
People are heard saying "wewe jaribu", in a dare to police officers who wanted to arrest him.
Kasmuel has been one of the leading voices in demanding for accountability since the onset of Gen Z protests on June 18.
On Wednesday, he said the #NaneNaneMarch was the youth's final attempt at what he termed as liberating the country.
He described the Thursday protests as the "mother of all demonstrations".
"Nane Nane is going to be our final day in the streets. We will go to the streets because Kenya Kwanza regime has taken everything we had. We have elucidated very well what our demands have been," he said.
"We want to live in a country that gives us land, we want to live in a country that gives us education, we want to live in a country where children will not die from natal diseases."
Kasmuel condemned anti-riot police for using unnecessary force against protesters.
He said that protesters would treat any officer in civilian clothes deployed to disperse the youth as a goon.
"If we see unidentified men in civilian clothing, riding in government vehicles, we shall treat them as robbers, we shall treat them as thieves, we shall treat them as colonisers," Kasmuel said.
