Detectives are investigating three separate deaths in different parts of the country.

In the first incident, a man's body was found in his house in Bondeni, Nakuru.

A man identified as Vincent Vulimu Esegeri aged 31 was found in his house at Pangani, a day after he had failed to respond to his brother's calls.

His brother visited the house and found the deceased mobile phone playing music.

The house had been locked from inside which prompted the brother to seek help to gain entrance through the window.

According to the police, his body was found lying on the bed facing downward with no visible injuries and only blood oozing from his mouth and nose.

The body was moved to Nakuru County mortuary awaiting postmortem.

Police say they are investigating the death.

Elsewhere in Naromoru, Nyeri, one Charles Kahure aged 60 was found lying dead in the house.

Police established that he was living alone.

The officers were informed that the deceased was on a drinking spree with his son who took his father home feeling unwell on a motorcycle.

His body was moved to the Nanyuki Teaching and Referral morgue pending postmortem.

In Embu, the body of a man was found lying on a farm.

Police later established while visiting the scene that the deceased Boniface Ngari, 46, had a loan which he had allegedly defaulted payment.

It is alleged that two officers from the said Sacco went to his home using a motorbike and the deceased ran towards the shamba behind his house upon sighting them.

The two officers allegedly followed him and came back after a short while asking the deceased’s mother whether he was epileptic as he had fallen.

When the officers went away, Ngari's brother went to check on him and found him lying dead with blood oozing from his mouth.

Police said his body had visible bruises on the right eye and forehead.

He was moved to Embu Level 5 Hospital mortuary pending autopsy.

“We intend to talk to all parties involved,” police said.
