Word has been rife that the politician belongs to the unique groups, from where he reportedly got a war chest to try his luck in politics.
His detractors say his wedding, to be staged in his village, is an alleged ploy to hoodwink his supporters.

A SENIOR STATE official is allegedly basking in glory. He just cannot hide his joy following the recent developments in the country’s political space. He was allegedly overheard saying “God manifested Himself in a magical way at a time of need”.
Those in the know told Corridors that the official had allegedly fallen out with a prominent figure who is currently under siege, and were not seeing eye-to-eye.

Insiders say the business boomed when he was governor as nearly all county events were held there. However, this is no longer the case.
Matters worsened recently after the former governor allegedly clashed with his successor. He is now said to be undergoing difficulties with the hotels, with the businesses struggling even to pay employee salaries.
