The Commission for University Education (CUE) to launch the strategic plan 2024-2028. It will happen at the Pride Inn Azure, Nairobi.

The Strategic Plan offers a comprehensive road map for advancing quality, relevant, and sustainable university education in Kenya.

It is aligned with key national and international frameworks such as Kenya Vision 2030, the Fourth Medium Term Plan, East African Community Vision 2050, African Union Agenda 2063, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

It is also compliant with the Constitution of Kenya 2010, Bottom up Transformation Agenda (BETA) and other relevant legal and pay documents.

The launch will bring together key stakeholders in the education sector, including government officials, university representatives, industry leaders, and development partners, to discuss the future of higher education in Kenya.

COP 29

COP 29 enters day three today with leaders expected to discuss the effects of climate change on the Blue Zone.

Cop 29 is the United Nations Climate Change Conference taking place in Baku, Azerbaijan from 11 to 22 November 2024.
