In a written statement on X, KUCCPS said that the
opening will be closed on November 24, 2024.
“We have re-opened the KUCCPS portal to allow application for 20 KMTC programmes that have unfilled vacancies. The portal will close on November 24, 2024.” the notice reads.
The programmes range from certificate to diploma courses.
There are seven certificate courses which are yet to be filled.
They are Certificate in Medical Engineering, Medical Emergency Technician, Health records and Information Technology, Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine, and Certificate in Community Health Assistant.
Other certificate courses are Nutrition
and Dietetics and Certificate in Public Health.
Additionally, there are seven diploma courses that KUCCPS seeks to fill at the KMTC.
These are Diploma in Medical Engineering, Public Health, Health Counselling, Physiotherapy, Community Health, Nutrition and Dietetics, Medical Social Work among others.
KUCCPS advised those interested to visit the official KUCCPS portal to apply for the courses of their choice before the deadline lapses.
The applicants will be required to have attained the
required grade to apply for the specified courses which as highlighted in the KUCCPS portal.
The applicants will also be required to input their KCSE
Index number, KCSE year and password once in the portal so as to be logged in.

After the application deadline, applicants will be placed in various colleges around the country according to the respective programmes they applied for in the KUCCPS portal.
There have been a lot
of students who were picked for selection and were admitted in various KMTC campuses
around the country depending on their perfomances and preference.
