The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will officially launch Kenya’s Foreign Policy 2024 today.
The event will be held at KICC.
The policy provides a comprehensive framework for conducting Kenya’s foreign relations and diplomatic engagements.
It is driven by the commitment to project, promote and protect Kenya’s interests and image on the global stage through a forward-thinking and innovative approach to diplomacy.
KUTRRH press briefing
Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital (KUTRRH) staff will today address the press.
The briefing will be held in the facility’s main administration building.
Initial reports indicated that they are planning to declare a strike over several issues affecting them.
Youth forum
EACC chairperson Bishop David Oginde to address the national youth forum dialogue. The issue for discussion will be on corruption.
It will be held at the UN Gigiri Complex.
DCJ Mwilu public lecture
Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu will today give a Public Lecture on Institutional Independence.
The event will take place at Daystar University, Athi River Campus, 10 am.
Architectural Association of Kenya Report
The Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) will today officially release the Status of the Built Environment Report 2024, covering the period January to October 2024 at Pullman Hotel, Nairobi.
The report covers the period from January to October 2024.
Savanna court case
A Nairobi court will today issue directions in a case in which Savannah Clinker chairman was charged in a Sh4.5 billion fraud case.
Directions to be issued in Lenolkulal appeal case
The High Court will this morning issue directions in an appeal case filed by Former Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal following his conviction in the Sh83.3m graft case.
The matter is listed before anti-corruption Judge Benjamin Musyoki.
Lenolkulal was in August this year found guilty of corruptly enriching himself with Sh83.3m at the time he was in office.
He was the Governor of Samburu from 2013 and he also had a company called Oryx Service station.
The company would supply petrol and diesel to the county government for a period of six years. It is this conduct that the magistrate termed as illegal.
