Kenya Power has listed areas in four counties scheduled for power
interruption on Monday.
The power interruption will occur between 8.30am and 5 pm in the different counties.
The counties to be affected are Nairobi, Tharaka Nithi, Nyeri, Kiambu, and Vihiga.
Nairobi
Parts of Nairobi will experience power cuts from 9am to 5pm.
The areas include Farmers Choice, Kahawa West, Congo, Kahawa Barracks, Kamae Road KU, and adjacent customers.
Others are Shofco, ATC Boaster, Kosovo and Part of Mathare.
Nyeri
Areas in Nyeri will experience power interruptions from 9am to 5pm.
They include Mukangu Secondary School, Mukangu Market, Mukangu C/Factory, Mukangu Dispensary, Gakuyu Secondary School, Gatina C/Factory, Gatina Market, Safaricom Boosters, and Airtel.
Tharaka Nithi
Parts of Tharaka Nithi will experience power interruption from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
They are Kathithini Village, Giekuri Market, Kereria Primary School, Kiorimba Primary/Secondary, Gakuuru Primary School, Njukini Primary School, MCK Tumanya Primary School and Nkondi Market.
Kiambu
Areas in Kiambu will experience power cuts from 9am to 5pm.
The areas are Lower Kabete Market, Kingeero, Kingeero, Mwisho, Whitehouse and Ndongoro.
Vihiga
Areas in Vihiga will experience power cuts from 9am to 5pm.
They are Luanda Market, KCB Bank, Ebulondi, Esibila and Esibakala.
