The hearing of the case against DusitD2 terror attack suspects proceeds today with the defence expected to take their turn to rebut evidence against them.
Justice Diana Kavedza put Hussein Abdile Ali and Mohamed Abdi Ali on their defence after ruling that they had a case to answer.
The duo were charged alongside Mile Abdullahi for the 2019siege on the upmarket city hotel located at 14 Riverside in Nairobi.
Some 21 people were killed during that terror raid.
Abdullahi had pleaded guilty and the judge noted that he had entered a plea bargain with the state.
The hearing is expected to proceed at the Kahawa Law Courts today.
The state had called 45 witnesses before concluding their case against the accused.
