Kenya Power has listed areas in 11 counties set for scheduled power interruptions on Thursday.
The areas will face power cuts at diverse times from 8am to 5pm.
The interruption will facilitate system maintenance.
Counties to face disruption are Nairobi, Meru, Kakamega, Embu, Homa Bay, Kilifi, Uasin Gishu, Turkana, Makueni, Kiambu and Mombasa.
Nairobi
The areas will face power cuts from 9am to 5pm.
The areas include Forest Road, KICD, Jubilee House, Pangani S/Centre, KCDF, Northview Road, Chai Road and adjacent customers.
Other areas in Nairobi to experience power interruption include parts of Mogotio, Muthithi Road and Wambugu Ojijo Road.
Kiambu
Parts of Kiambu will face power interruption from 9am to 5pm
They are 4 Magajo Primary, Farainya, St. Paul Gatuanyaga, Magana Primary, Munyu Girls, Munyu Dispensary, Munyu Police Station, Githima S/Center, Komo S/Center, Juja Farm Athi, Kwa Ruhi, Juja Farm Mukuyu-Ini, Kwa Murage and adjacent customers.
Mombasa
Parts of Mombasa will face power interruptions from 9am to 5pm.
They include Danka Petrol Station, Uwanja wa Ndege, Hakika Maize Mill, Transeast, PN Mashru, Blue Jay, Transpare, Kasemeni, Bofu, Mtaa, Roofing Kenya and adjacent customers.
Kilifi
Areas in Kilifi will experience power interruptions from 9am to 5pm.
They are Danka Petrol Station, Uwanja wa Ndege, Hakika Maize Mill, Transeast, PN Mashru, Blue Jay, Transpare, Kasemeni, Bofu, Mtaa, Roofing Kenya and adjacent customers.
Makueni
Areas to face power cuts in Makueni from 9am to 5pm are Maiani Market, Enzai, Mukaa, Bishop Ngala, Nguluni, Watema, Kitandi, Kilome, Nunguni, Mitini, Kavatanzou, Wautu and adjacent customers.
Uasin Gishu
Maranatha, St. Jude, Huruma East and adjacent customers in Uasin Gishu will face power cuts from 9am to 3pm.
Turkana
Areas in Turkana will experience power interruption from 8am to 4pm.
They are Lokichar, Kakong, Kalemngorok, Keekunyuk, Katilu, KWS and Kaputir.
Kakamega
Parts of Kakamega will face power cuts from 9am to 5pm.
The areas are Malava Market, Kambi Mwanza, West Kenya Sugar, Kimanget Market, Ikoli Market, Kambili Market, Bulovi Market and adjacent customers.
Homa Bay
Some areas in Homa Bay will face power cuts from 9am to 4pm.
They are Starige Hotel, Ambros, Shauriyako, part of Sofia East, Sango East, Garage Road, Tourist Hotel, Makongeni, God Bondo, Got Rabour, Nyalkinyi, Olare, Kadel Nyangweso, Homahills and New, Bokimai and adjacent customers.
Embu
Mayori, Karimari, Ciambingu, Igumori, Ntharawe, Kirathe, Ciorindagwa, Kabu-guri, Karie, Rurie, Newsite, Kiambere and Kariguri Safaricom in Embu will experience power interruption from 9am to 5pm.
Meru
Parts of Meru will face power interruptions from 8am to 5pm.
They are Mavis Petroleum Limited Bypass, Kiambogo C/Fact, Mulanthakari, Thimangiri Mkt, Kithima, Mulanthakari Girls High Sch, Kagene C/Fact, Thuura C/Fact, NkooboC/Fact, Kathithi DEB, Kauthene Mkt, Kiithe Kauthene, Munithu Pri, Meru Children's Remand Home, Meru Water Treatment Plant, Rwanyange, Ndiine Pri, Ndekero, Rwanyange, Thuura, Kambi ya Nyanyua, Giaki, Soko ya Ngombe, Ndurumo, Kathirune, Mbirikine and adjacent customers.
