Kenya Power has listed areas set for power cuts on Wednesday.
The utility firm said areas in seven counties will experience power interruption at diverse times between 9 am and 5 pm.
The power interruption facilitates system maintenance.
The counties to be affected are Nairobi, Kajiado, Uasin Gishu, Vihiga, Embu, Nyeri and Kiambu.
Nairobi
Parts of Nairobi will face power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm.
They are Mirema, Lumumba Drive, USIU, Thome 5, Safari Park View East, Parts of TRM and adjacent customers.
At the same time, part of Jogoo Road, Burma Market, Spur to Kaloleni, Rikana Supermarket, Government Quarters, Mary Immaculate Hospital, and customers along Heshima Road and adjacent customers in Nairobi will face power interruption.
Parts of Moi Education Centre, School of the Blind, the Whole of Wilson Airport, Sunshine, T-Mall, Skyline Mall, Shell Petrol Station, Rubis Petrol Station, Bethel S/Center, Uhuru Gardens, Jonathan Ngeno, Maasai Court and Breeze East.
Kajiado
Areas in Kajiado will face power interruptions from 9 am to 5 pm.
The areas are Barabara Mpya, Tom and Jerry, Part of Merisho Road, Rongai Exciting, Kimani Road, Mayor Road, Massai Lodge Road, Nazarene University, Tuala, Sigma Feeds, Rangau Olekasasi, Gataka, Kware and Emakoko.
Other areas are Rimpa, Kandisi, SGR, Rangau, Kwa Muthaura, Metropolitan, Symurina and adjacent customers.
At the same time, areas in Kajiado to face power cuts are Maxwell University, Acacia East, Olesakunda, Magenche, Exciting, Kimandiro, Total, Laiser Hill, Nairobi Women Hosp, Fatima Hosp, Fatima South & North, Part of Kware, Tuskys, Kingdom Hall, Wama Hospital, Rongai Town, Sinai hospital and adjacent customers.
Other parts of Kajiado that will face power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm are Kanisani Road, Kwekwe, Kahuho, Philothea, Kiserian Primary, Kiserian Town, Ndirangu Road, Narumoru, Gategi, Picnic Site, Brook-Hust, Emasho, Sholinge, Farmers, NPC, Olorien, Birika, Ostrich Farm, Kipeto and Saithy Sai.
Uasin Gishu
Parts of Uasin Gishu to face power cuts from 8 am to 5 pm are Lower Mugunga, Majengo, Smokin Wanjala and adjacent customers.
Others are Bishop Birech, Wonifour, Katuiyo, Sirwo, Cheroroget, Mogobich, Rot-Tuga & adjacent customers.
Vihiga
Areas in Vihiga will face power cuts from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
They are Solongo Polytechnic, Part of Chavakali Market, Part of Mbale Market, Hams Hotel, Road Park Hotel, Rubis Petrol Station, Madegwa Village and adjacent customers.
Embu
Areas in Embu will face power cuts from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The areas include parts of Kivwe Market, Muruatetu, Mbukori, Manyatta, TIVET, Makengi, Karingari, Nembure, Kevote, Makuria, Ngai Ndethia and adjacent customers.
Nyeri
Parts of Nyeri will face power cuts from 9 am to 5 pm.
The areas are Ngandu, Kiamaina C/Fact, Kiawanduha, Thangathi, Giakomu, Unjiru, Grando Kago, Ichuga Sec Sch, Gathumbi, Unjiru PCEA, Kiawarigi C/Fact, Kiangurwe, Gachuiro, General China, Gathu-Ini, Gathu-Ini Primary School, Kihuro, Itiati Market, Kiamaucheru, Itiati Mukonye, Gitunduti Market, Kianjuguma, Gikore, Kihuri, Safaricom Boosters and Airtel Boosters.
Kiambu
Areas in Kiambu will face power interruptions from 9 am to 5 pm.
The areas are Total Gatitu, Cravers Hotel, TIBS, Vincentian Prayer House, Mangu High, Compuera High, Ndarugu Coffee East, Parts of Ngoingwa, THIWASCO, Albizzia and adjacent customers.
Other areas are Kanunga, Ngegu, Torito, Kasphat, Ibonia, Kiamara, Kiratina and adjacent customers.
Parts of Kinoo, Gichecheni, Baraniki and adjacent customers will also face power cuts in Kiambu.
