Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced a scheduled maintenance for the Supplier Relationship Management Module on Friday and Saturday.

KRA said the maintenance will last for 24 hours, starting at 9pm on Friday and ending at 9pm on Saturday.

In a statement, the taxman said the affected systems will include Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Portal and Supplier Registration Portal.

“We regret any inconvenience and appreciate your patience,” KRA said.

A Supplier Relationship Management module is a software tool or system designed to help businesses manage their relationships with suppliers more effectively.

It goes beyond basic procurement by focusing on building and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with suppliers to maximize value and minimise risk.

In essence, an SRM module empowers businesses to move beyond transactional relationships with suppliers and forge strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value and sustainable success.

In the statement, KRA said both the portal and client instances of the three systems will not be available.

It noted that affected users will be internal staff and suppliers.
