

Police are investigating several deaths across different counties following domestic disputes and unexplained circumstances.
In Kehancha, Kuria, Migori County, a 35-year-old woman was found dead in her home on Thursday, November 20, following an alleged domestic dispute.
Police identified the woman as Lucy Mogesi Nokwe.
Initial reports indicate she may have been assaulted during a confrontation with her husband.
The man is reported to have left the scene, and police are actively searching for him.
The body was taken to the mortuary pending an autopsy and further investigations.
In Voi, Taita Taveta County, police arrested a father after his 11-year-old son died following a reported physical assault at their home in the local railway staff quarters.
Authorities say the child was taken to a hospital after losing consciousness, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police recovered a belt at the scene, which is reportedly linked to the incident.
Investigations are ongoing.
In Nairobi’s Shauri Moyo, Mombasa Ndogo informal settlement, a 27-year-old woman, Michelle Bernard, was found dead at her home on Thursday afternoon.
Police said she had complained of feeling unwell before her death.
The cause of death is not yet known, and her body has been taken to the mortuary pending autopsy and investigations.
In Mathare 3A, the body of a man, believed to have had a disability and an amputated leg, was found in a local river on Thursday afternoon.
Police suspect he may have drowned elsewhere before his body was carried to the river.
Authorities are appealing to the public to report any missing persons matching his description to assist in identification and ongoing investigations.
Police continue to urge families to exercise caution in domestic situations and stress that such incidents are increasingly being reported across the country.
