THE PERSONAL ASSISTANT of a first-term governor is said to have corruptly secured a tender under his company despite the firm not having the capacity to deliver the services. The man is reportedly linked to multiple companies involved in non-pharmaceutical supplies. According to insiders, the governor’s aide has expressed interest in running for a parliamentary seat in 2027 and has allegedly promised the governor fortunes through irregular procurement deals to finance the county boss’s re-election bid and his first shot at a parliamentary seat.
