President William Ruto appointed Renson Ingonga as the new Director of Public Prosecutions.
Ingonga is now set to assume the office succeeding Noordin Haji who is the current National Intelligence Service director general.
His appointment is contained in a Gazette notice dated September 20.
He is set to serve on an eight-year term.
