What Sports CS Ababu Namwamba told MPs

Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba said he inherited several challenges at the Ministry after his appointment. 

Speaking when he appeared in parliament over his summon, the CS said within a month he was able to solve some issues that the sports department was facing in the country. 

"We found a country that was under suspension by FIFA, which had a very costly impact on sports in this country," he said.
