A budget estimate presented by the Controller of State House Katoo Ole Metito shows extravagance in government spending.
The budget estimates show that Sh11.5 billion of the taxpayers' revenue will be spent on 13 projects including renovation of state houses and state Lodges situated at different locations across the Country.
The statehouse wants to splash Sh8 billion on salaries, operations and maintenance expenditures.
