President William Ruto nominated nine women to his Cabinet.

The nominees await vetting by Parliament and possible approval.

According to the schedule, the vetting will be spread across four days, where at least five nominees will be vetted from Thursday, August 1, 2024, through Sunday, August 4, 2024.
