If Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is impeached, he stands to lose significant retirement perks.
These include a monthly pension of Sh720,000, a lump-sum payment of Sh8,646,800, and a fuel allowance of Sh108,000.
Additionally, he would forfeit benefits like two saloon cars, a luxury 4-wheel drive vehicle, a personal assistant, a secretary, an accountant, two housekeepers, two senior support staff members, three drivers, two cleaners, and armed security.
The decision on his fate now rests with the Senate.
