Amidst the ongoing gender pay gap and gender equality debate within the workplace (especially at the leadership level), women’s reproductive health has become an even more central lens through which we view our everyday lives and a benchmark for us to measure the equity of our world.
We’re also faced with reminders of the gender inequalities that persist around the world, both the obvious—such as gender-based violence—and the more subtle norms and beliefs that fuel generations of imbalance.
