The Head of the Presidential Special Projects & Creative Economy Dennis Itumbi, has highlighted some of the milestones of the Kenya Kwanza government under the leadership of President William Ruto.
In a post on his Instagram page, Itumbi said significant strides have been made under the current administration in expanding affordable housing and employment opportunities for Kenyans.
Itumbi stated that since September 2024, more than 1,200 affordable housing units have been successfully completed by the current government, marking a key achievement in the government's ongoing housing development agenda.
He added that the government is making significant progress, with 124,000 units in various stages of development in the country.
These form part of the ambitious programme of addressing the housing deficit the country has faced, with another 840,000 housing units slated for development within the next four years.
