The survey sought to find out the operational challenges faced by businesses in 2024. The results indicated that limited access to the market was largely cited by the respondents as a major challenge at 51.0 percent in 2024.
High cost of supplies, limited access to credit and customers not paying on time significantly contributed to hindering smooth business operations with 28.2 percent, 24.7 percent and 24.1 percent respectively.
