    Mobile banking has emerged as the most preferred banking channel.

    This is according to the Kenya Bankers Association (Banking Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024).

    The second option is the bank branch followed by  Bank agent/agency banking.

    The preferences imply a growing demand for integrated digital solutions while maintaining the relevance of physical branches.
