THE STAR INFOGRAPHIC
A recent survey by Intelligent.com highlights common concerns hiring managers have about recent college graduates entering the workforce.
The top perception is that graduates are entitled, followed by being easily offended and lacking a strong work ethic.
Many employers feel that new graduates struggle with feedback, are unprepared for the workforce, and have poor communication skills.
Additionally, some lack motivation and require more training costs, making them less attractive hires. The lack of technological skills is also a noted concern.
