Kenyan courts are set to deliver key decisions in high-profile corruption cases between July 27 and July 31, 2026, according to updates from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

A judgment is expected in a recovery suit involving Catherine Mumma, former joint secretary of the HIV/AIDS Legal Task Force, over Sh903,000.

Meanwhile, rulings are slated for two major recovery suits.

The first involves David Isika Kinyae and others concerning Sh180 million in unexplained wealth.

The second involves former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and 13 others in a suit seeking to recover Sh58 million linked to the City Council.
