Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu says she is not embarrassed by what happened in Dubai. 

Speaking while on a live session with her fans on social media, Nyamu said she has everything, but lacks shame. 

"Wacha niwaambie, mimi nikona kila kitu, kitu sinanga ni haya," she said. 

This is loosely translated to: I have everything I need, the only thing I don't have is shame. 

The first time Senator also said she will take a break from alcohol beginning January 2023 as she doesn't need more drama. 

"Mniombee, 2023 mimi sitaki drama, nimeacha pombe io ndio new year's resolution," she said. 

"Please pray f0r me, I don't want drama in 2023, I also won't take alcohol, that's my new year's resolution."

Drama was witnessed on Friday night between Mugithi star Samidoh's (born Samuel Muchoki) wife Edday Nderitu and Karen Nyamu in Dubai.

It started when Nyamu went straight to where Samidoh was seated and forcefully sat on his lap.

Edday, stood and grabbed her husband's hand even as the security guards tried to separate the two women.

A video circulating online shows Nyamu and Samidoh in a confrontation. And minutes later, Nyamu is said to have lost her cool and almost slapped her baby daddy when his bouncers intervened.

Edday stood up and tried to grab Nyamu away from her husband before Nyamu was taken away by the guards.

This marked the climax of the drama around Samidoh.

In yet another video posted on social media, Nyamu is seen performing on stage with Samidoh and Akorino singer Karangu.

Edday shared through her social media a photo with her husband saying she was ending the year on a high note.
