The National Police Service has cautioned Kenyans against an alleged fake advertisement for police recruitment doing rounds on social media.
In a statement on Tuesday, NPS said that they have not called for any application.
"Our attention has been drawn to an advert circulating on social media alleging that NPS(Kenya Police Service and the Commandant National Police College Kiganjo) is conducting recruitment for the year 2022-23," the statement reads.
According to the statement, Kenyans will be informed of any recruitment through an advertisement in print media.
NPS warned the perpetrators saying those found culpable will be dealt with according to the law.
