Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has said unfaithful members should leave with immediate effect.
Speaking during the National Delegates Convention on Monday, Kioni said members of the Jubilee who have shifted camps should cease to be members of the party and be deregistered.
"All the members who have proven to be happy on the other side should be removed from our party register, we have resolved to remain members of the Azimio La Umoja coalition," he said.
"Our party is the one that nominated Sabina Chege to the National Assembly, we also nominated Kanini Kega to EALA, but now, they are on the other side."
There have been wrangles at the Jubilee party after over 30 members attended a meeting presided over by President William Ruto at State House, Nairobi.
They publicly pledged to work and support Ruto's government.
"We want to be part of this government having been together before the last elections," said Eldas MP Adan Keynan
"At this rate, we will close down our Jubilee house and join you because we are one," said Laikipia North MP Sarah Korere.
"We don't want to feel left out in your government so we kindly request you to include us in your development plans," said Nominated MP Sabina Chege.
In May, Sabina Chege was appointed party leader, leading to numerous confusion in the party, dethroning Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta as its leader.
Last week, Sabina Chege during a funeral service expressed her full support for William Ruto's presidency.
She said she cannot stand to say Ruto is not the president.
"Mr President I went to the other side briefly but when my boss gave you the powers to continue being the new boss, I cannot stand to say you are not the President. I respect, honour, and support you," she said.
